SCAM Warning!

Fake e-mails are sent to LVI Low Vision International distributors with the intention to send payment information. Do not answer that e-mail.

Someone with bad intentions and no connection with LVI has sent out SCAM e-mails to our distributors with the aim to get accounting information and money. At the first glimpse it may look as if they are from LVI (see example below).

  • Do not answer to this e-mail.
  • Do not give account information to anyone.
  • If you get phone calls from anyone else than your personal contacts at LVI it is not a call from us – if you are uncertain, please verify with your personal contacts at LVI if we have tried to contact you.
  • If you get e-mails from anyone else than your personal contacts at LVI, please verify with your personal contacts at LVI if we have tried to contact you.
  • NEVER make any payments to any new bank account. LVI banking details have not changed.

LVI would never ask questions like the one in the SCAM e-mail:
